Finding the Right Therapist for You (I know it’s not easy)

You’re probably hoping to find a therapist who “gets you,” who helps you find a better life. How do you find that person? Good question! What resonates for you is unique to you. I’ve been there. Am I a good fit for you? Only you can decide.
