Calm Awareness

Audio Recordings

To help you practice and maintain Calm Awareness, I made a series of recordings. There are seven recordings in all and you can listen to them directly from the linked location on Dropbox, or you may download them to your computer, phone, or tablet and listen from there. Please note that when you open the link and select a recording, Dropbox may “hide” the place at the lower right where you would opt to start the recording. If so, be sure to click on the “x” in the right corner of the box at the bottom.

Calm Awareness is a state of being that allows you to be aware and pay attention to what is happening in your mind and body, so you can be in tune with reality at any given moment. When you are in such a state of being you are in a better position to make choices that benefit you and those around you. Choices about your behaviors, thoughts, beliefs and emotions.
